What we clean before you move in
Inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven and the refrigerator, appliance sides and behind where they sat, closets and shelving, baseboards and door frames, light fixtures and switch plates, bathrooms taken back to bare, floors throughout. All of it done while there is nothing standing on it.
Why we pair it with recurring service
A move in clean is a reset, not a maintenance visit. It is worth doing when someone intends to keep the house at that level, which is why we take these for customers starting a weekly, biweekly or monthly plan rather than as a one off.
Timing it around the move
The window is usually tight and it usually moves. Tell us the closing date and the realistic access window and we will work to it. The more notice we have the better we can hold the slot.
A note on expectations
An empty house exposes everything, including wear that furniture was hiding. Scuffed baseboards and worn grout show up once the rooms are bare. We clean it; we cannot make it new, and we will say so rather than let you expect otherwise.

What is included in a move in cleaning?
Inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, appliance exteriors and the spaces beside them, closets, baseboards, door frames, switch plates and light fixtures, full bathroom reset, and floors throughout. The scope assumes the home is empty.
Do you offer move out cleaning?
No. We focus on households we can serve on an ongoing basis, so we do not take move out cleans. If you are moving into a home in our area and want to start recurring service, a move in clean is the right place to begin.
Should the house be completely empty first?
Yes, ideally. Every item still in the house is a surface we cannot clean under, and an empty house is the entire reason this service is worth booking.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Move dates cluster at the end of the month and the access window is usually narrow. Early notice is what lets us hold the slot you actually need.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The walkthrough is free, there is no obligation, and we do not take a deposit.
